World Heritage Poster

Stonehenge Monument

For the logo I wanted to visually capture the most important element of the Stonehenge Monument, the circle stones. With the knowledge after research, I created my logo that shows the simple outline of stones from aerial view. I choose earthy tones for my colors that corresponded with the monument and the website, but also worked well with my concept. I then made the stone shape that runs throughout my brochure and overall template to keep it cohesive. I included interesting and engaging photography that are meant to highlight important features of the Stonehenge monument. Also, the use of images and illustrations advise a sense of relief and welcoming feeling to take a break in nature.

Final Design

Before

Fall 2023 GDSN223

After

Spring 2024

I feel in a rabbit hole with this project. I struggled a bit with being cohesive and keeping the same concepts all together. I spent a lot of time on this project and feel like I executed it well when I turned it on for GDSN 224, so there are just minor tweaks.
